| In cooperation with NAIFA, Codewriters Inc. has customized its Internet-enabled, web-based association services software for use by NAIFA state and local associations. The system package includes web based member record management services plus a customizable web site program. The member data service portions of the package are networked over the Internet to communicate directly with the database system at NAIFA.

| Both the web site solution and the member record data services are included in the package, however, it is not necessary to use both services. For example, a state or local association may choose not to take advantage of the web site portions of the package and choose only to utilize the member data related functions.

| All functions of the system are designed to be administered by nontechnical association executives, or other non-technical association leaders. All that is required is the ability to use a computer to access the Internet using a web browser. Above all, the system is designed to be easy. The system is designed to provide services to association members, the public, association leaders and executives, and optionally, association sponsors.

|
| Primarily, the system has been designed for, and in many cases by, its users. This is a key feature and requires just a bit of brief explanation. Unlike traditional shrink-wrapped software packages, this system, because it is delivered via the Internet, can be changed and updated frequently to suit the desires of its users. It is important for all system users to understand that this is their system, and its developers wish to continue to make it as useful, friendly, and appropriate as it can be, thus, your feedback is always welcomed and appreciated.
