Services available with the system can generally be divided into two categories, web site solutions and member management services.
 
Member management services currently include:
·Customizable member reports, with multiple sorting display, and filtering options including lapsed member reports.  
·Member record data editing.  
·Database downloading for mailing labels or importing into other contact management or database programs.  
·24 hour/7 day/week administrative access to all system features, tools, and data.  
·Broadcast emailing to all or selected member groups.  
·A searchable member directory which can be enabled or disabled for access by members or the public with two mouse clicks of the administrator.  

Additional member management services will become available with the package with increased user feedback.

Web site services that can be turned on or off by the association administrator include:
 
·Ability to add, update, edit, or delete an unlimited number of web site menu items.  
·Creation, editing, or deletion of an unlimited number of web pages using an easy "What You See Is What You Get" (WYSIWYG) web browser based editing tool.  
·Drag and drop, or cut and paste MS Word documents, or content (and formatting) from other web sites or pages    directly into to your web pages using just your web browser.  
·Upload images for use in your pages easily.  
·A self-expiring calendar of events for the local association.  
·Calendar event information interchange with other local associations for a shared events calendar.  
·Sponsor area, with no additional costs (use pre-formatted template or create your own "custom page").  
·Links Section (use pre-formatted template or create your own "custom page").  
·Officers section (use pre-formatted template or create your own "custom page").  
·Members discussion forum, enabling members to read and post messages.  
·Email and phone support.  
·All hosting services.
