Any computer connected to the Internet can access the public or members only areas (with a password) of the web site using any web browser, ie. AOL, Netscape, MS Explorer. The administrative area of the web site requires Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser 4.0 or higher to use the advanced web page construction features.
The system is designed to be quick to learn, and easy to use for both non-technical and technical users. The ability to connect to the internet, start up a web browser, type in a web address and hit enter is the minimal requirement. Users with only the most basic computing skills will find the system very easy. If you know how to copy and paste in a windows application, you are an advanced user.
