A. Sending Broadcast Email
Sending broadcast email to your members is a very powerful and cost-effective tool. This system makes it very easy to do. From the "Main Customization Page", first select either Email to Current Members or Lapsed Members.
After selecting this, you will click the button labeled "Set it up!" This will load a page with form fields for you to fill in (figure 16).

The first field which requires your input is the box for your email address. In order for your message to be sent, this field must contain a valid email address. This will be used for both member replies and undeliverable returns. The second box to complete is for the message Subject. The third input area is for Type format. The fourth area is for message content. You may type directly in this area or copy/cut and paste in text from another source. This message content will accept much more text than can be shown on the screen at one time, and if overloaded, it will produce scroll bars to move around.
After entering in your email address, message subject, type, and content, simply click the "Broadcast This Message" button and your message will be sent to the list of members having email address who are listed below the button. You may also click the Print button on your browser to create a paper record of the message and recipients.
B. Email to groups
You may create an unlimited number of groups for bulk emailings. Once you create a member group, you give it a name, ie. Board, and you may then edit or mail to the group. To edit the group click the edit button next to the group name then add or remove members using the add or remove buttons. To mail to the group, click the "mail to group" button, enter a message and your email address, for replies and undeliverables, and click the mail button.
