The Codewriters service now features a new quick and easy online method to submit and update officer and committee chair positions to NAIFA.
When using the system to submit either officer or committee positions, an online web form is now available. The form appears automatically filled in with the most recent assignments for each position to make submitting or updating as easy as possible. The year of the most recent NAIFA record on file is also displayed for each position.
The system also has the option to create an "Officer and Committee Chair" web page. This web page, created directly from the information on file, can be published on your web site with one click. When officer or committee assignments are reported with the system, at either the state or local level, all Codewriters web pages are instantly updated with the new information on both the state and local web sites.
Because the forms are already filled in with data from the most recent previous submission, updating current assignments or submitting for the upcoming year is easier than ever.
In addition to the simplicity and efficiency provided by reporting this information online, the system provides an accurate way to know exactly what NAIFA has on record.
Instructions 1 Log in to the administrative area of the Codewriters web site and management tools service. If you do not know your access username and password for the system, or do not have the service, please contact access@naifanet.com via email.
2 Click the link on the "Main Customization Page" labeled "Manage Officer and Committee Assignments," then click the appropriate button to either update assignments for the current year or submit new assignments for the upcoming year for either officers or committee chairs.
3 Make any necessary changes to information already filled in on the form, review your entries, and click the Submit button. (State execs. may choose option to submit for a local from drop down list.)
4 Smile and be happy.
