George “Andy” Beutter has been a lifelong northern Indiana resident. He joined Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance on April 4, 1988 as a multi-line agent. He joined NAIFA the following June.
Andy has received much acclaim in his 31 years of service at Farm Bureau. He is also recognized as a key leader and participant in NAIFA. For the North Central local, Andy is an LUTC and CE moderator, the Committee Chair for the Awards Banquet, has been a Board Member for 21 years and was President in 2003-2004 and again in 2014-2015.
Andy has been a NAIFA-Indiana Board Member for 14 years and was State President in 2011-2012. He is the current State Treasurer and a key participant on the Government Relations Board & Committee. Scott Brennan of South Bend, Indiana is a Past President of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and is the 2016 recipient of the John Newton Russell Award.
He has been a speaker at more than twelve MDRT meetings; is a member of The Quarter Century Club, and has numerous qualifications for Court of the Table and Top of the Table and is a Legion of Honor Excalibur Knight of the MDRT Foundation.
Scotty is a graduate of Indiana University. He is named the South Bend Life Underwriter of the Year in 1994, the Hoosier Life Underwriter of the year in 1998 by the Indiana MassMutual Agent of the Year in 2002 and 2003. He is a past President of The Forum 400; a member of the Association of Advanced Life Underwriting; is a past board member of Life Happens and he currently serves as a Trustee on the Indiana Association of the Insurance and Financial Advisors Board.

Richard A. Koob, AEP, CASL, ChFC, CLU, entered the life insurance industry in 1967 with Northwestern Mutual. He started as a college-student agent on campus in his junior year, later converted to full time. Subsequently took a position in the home office as a recruiter in the College Marketing Division and then returned to the field as a Financial Representative in 1973.
Since then, he has received the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) National Quality Award, the National Sales Achievement Award, as well as the NAIFA Quality Award. He is a 40 year member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), and a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU) and their Legislative Circle for 20 years.
His history of service to our industry includes serving as Captain of the MDRT Program Development Committee three times and Chairman of the local and state MDRT Membership Communications Committee. Marvin Feldman signed his New York Life contract over 50 years ago while he was a senior at Ohio State University. After 2 ½ years in the field, he transitioned into New York Life’s Management Program. In 1974 Marv returned to personal production in East Liverpool, Ohio as a partner in the Feldman Agency and President of Fremar Financial Group. He is currently the President of the Feldman Financial Group in Palm Harbor, Florida and President and CEO of LIFE Foundation in Washington, DC.
Marv is a 44 year MDRT Member and was the 2002 President of the Million Dollar Round Table. He has been a member of the elite Top of the Table for 36 years, serving on their board and as the Top of the Table Chairman. He was honored as the Circle of Life recipient in 2004 by the Million Dollar Round Table Foundation in recognition of his community and industry leadership.
Active in the financial services industry, Marv has made speeches in 40 countries. He served as the Secretary of the New York Life Agent’s Advisory Council, is a current member of MDRT, NAIFA, the Society of Financial Service Professionals and the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants.
